About Message & Medium

The Message & Medium approach focuses on the foundation elements of market knowledge, positioning and messaging, audience development, and relationship building. We deploy programs that deliver targeted messages to key audiences through the earned, owned and paid media channels.

Messaging and Positioning: We build and refine messages and stories that are strategically significant to our clients’ businesses and their customers.

Content and Delivery: We create and deploy engaging and actionable content via the most efficient owned, earned and paid content delivery channels.  These channels include direct content marketing, public relations, social media,  video marketing, marketing automation, digital marketing, and any other appropriate format.

Relationship Management: We develop mutually beneficial relationships with the influencers -- from media, to analysts and experts, to potential partners --  who can reach our clients’ real audiences most effectively.

Measurement and Feedback: We provide measurement systems and feedback loops that allow us to continuously tailor client programs to meet the needs of a dynamic market.
